Refund and return policy

We are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Damage in Transit:  We will accept the return if the item arrives damaged or broken due to shipping.

  • Wrong Product Sent: We will accept the return if the wrong item was shipped.

  • Manufacturing Defect: We will accept the return if the product has a manufacturing defect.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  1. The item is in its original packaging.

  2. The item isn't used, washed, or altered in any way.

  3. The original invoice or proof of purchase is included.

 


Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the customer's bank account within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping charges on cash orders are non-refundable.

 


Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any photos of the product that will help us understand the issue.

  3. Our customer support team will provide you with shipping instructions.

  4. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us within 14 days of contacting our support team.
