1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within India only. Please note that certain remote areas are inaccessible and are not eligible for delivery.

2. Shipping Partner and Carriers

  • Our logistics partner is Shiprocket, which works with carriers like Bluedart, DHL, and others. The carrier used for your order will depend on your location and carrier availability.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees vary based on the weight and dimensions of the package, typically shipping is free for prepaid orders and we charge extra for COD. The exact fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1 business day. However, we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, often sooner than the stated timeframe.

5. Delivery Time

  • The estimated delivery time for orders is between 2-5 business days for prepaid orders and 5-9 business days for COD, depending on the location. For remote or rural areas, delivery may take up to 14 days. If you believe your area may be impacted, please contact us for further clarification.

6. Inaccessible Locations

  • Certain remote areas in India are outside our delivery network. Orders destined for these regions will be canceled and refunded.

7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking details via email & Whatsapp. You can track the progress of your delivery at https://www.shiprocket.in/shipment-tracking/  using any of the following: Mobile Number, Order Id & AWB.

8. Shipping Issues and Delays

  • If you experience delays or have concerns about your order, please reach out to us at chimpxherbs@gmail.com. In cases of lost or missing orders where the fault is attributable to our shipping partner or Chimp X Herbs, we will issue a full refund.

9. Return Policy

  • Due to the nature of our products, items are non-returnable if opened. For unopened items, we do offer returns, but they must be shipped back at the customer’s own expense and risk. Please ensure the items remain intact and unopened to qualify for a return.
